Changing the Support Email ID

When you click Contact Us, an email is drafted with the support email ID populated in the To field.

To change the Support email ID:

  1. On the main menu, go to Enterprise > Organization > Organization.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Click Edit to change the style of the desired Enterprise as shown below.

    The Enterprise settings pane appears.

  4. Go to the Profile tab.

  5. In the Support email field, enter the email ID.

    Note

    The default email ID is contact@fieldlogs.com.

  6. Click Save.

    You have successfully changed the Support email ID.
