Adding a log to a step

Adding a log can be useful to complete an answer. Sometimes, the template requires a log for a step.

You can change the quality of a log.

  1. Select a step.

    Result: The step is highlighted.

    Note

    To add a log, you can also:

    • Tap on the log buttons at the bottom of your screen or

    • Tap the dedicated field when adding a log is mandatory.

  2. Tap on a log button.

  3. Follow the process of the log.

    1. Tap on the photo button.

    2. Take a picture.

    3. Tap on Use photo.

      Tap on Retake to take another picture.

    1. Tap on the video button.

    2. Take a video.

    3. Tap on Use video.

      Tap on Retake to take another video.

      Tap on appAdHoc_video_button2.jpg to continue the video.

    1. Tap on the audio button.

    2. Tap on Record.

      Tap on Play to listen to your record.

    3. Tap on Add.

    1. Tap on the comment button.

    2. Write a comment.

      Tap on Shortcuts to use and create text shortcuts.

    3. Tap on Add.

  4. [Optional] Add another log to the step.

    Important

    You can attach one comment, one picture, one audio file and one video at the same time.

  5. Tap on Attach to.

    The log is added to the step.

Note

You can detach/move/edit your log after the log is created.
