Changing the support email id

You can customise support email id which serves as FieldLogs initial point of contact.

To change the email id:

  1. In the section Enterprise, go to the tab Organization > OrganizationOrganization_Icon.png.

  2. Open the Settings Panel.

  3. Go to the profile tab.

  4. Enter the Support Email.

    The provided email will act as the primary point of contact in FieldLogs.
