Viewing the Process Map

The Process Map is available for any Template Edition Process.

The Map provides the following information: an indicator regarding the exact stage the Process is in.

  1. The exact stage of the Custom Lifecycle Process is at the current moment.

  2. The History of the Task, with a detailed breakdown of all the significant events that have occurred so far.

  3. Task Forms linked to the Lifecycle used.

To view the Process Map for a Template that is currently under Edition, under the Task Forms tab in the Property pane, click Map as shown below.

The current stage of the Custom Lifecycle is highlighted in orange. In the following example, the Template Edition is currently in the Edition stage.

The Tasks History of the Process is indicated as seen above. This is the list of all the Tasks that have occurred in the Process Flow so far. When a user clicks on a Task in the Task History, it is highlighted in the diagram in green. In the above example, the user has clicked on the Initiate Task.

If a Task of type Sub Process(collapsed) is the current stage of the Custom Lifecycle, it is highlighted with an orange outline. A Task of type Sub Process(collapsed) is highlighted with a green outline when clicked. This is illustrated in the example below.

To view the Task Forms associated with the selected Task, switch to the Forms tab as shown below.
