Creating a Team

You can create a Team to assign a Task to a set of users. Other users in the enterprise can use public Teams.

To create a private team, go to the Settings setting_icon.png menu.

Teams are different from Task Queues as they have an assignee, who can start the job, and team members, who can participate in the job once it is started.

To create a Team:

  1. In the section Enterprise, go to the tab Organization > Organization

  2. Open the Settings panel.

  3. Go to the Manage Teams tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enter Team's name.

  6. Click the dropdown and select a Leader from the list as shown below.

  7. Select Team members from the dropdown list.

  8. Click Save.

    You can see the team information in the Teams list. The authorized users of your Enterprise can assign Tasks to this Team.
