The Routing Table is an essential part of the Screening process. The Routing Table can be configured to group and organize the Documentation Bundles into Bundle Tasks that can be assigned to users with appropriate roles associated.

  • Get Routing Tables: View the existing routing table.

  • View and Pre-Screen Hits: The Hits generated are available for Pre-Screening.

Clicking the View Hits button displays the Hits generated. Before sending the Hits for Impacts Screening, you can Pre-Screen the insignificant Hits. It means that these Hits are not included in the Screening task.

You can identify the insignificant Hits by viewing the Flags information provided in the information pop-up. The Flags are indications computed by the system for each Hit. They provide information about why each Hit is generated and the context.

  • Submit to Screening: After Pre-Screening the Impacts, the Documentation Bundles can be submitted for Impact Screening. This creates Bundle Tasks where the Template Screener can screen the Impacts and take the required action.

  • Resubmit to Screening: A Documentation Bundle can be resubmitted for Impact Screening during or after the completion of the Screening process.
