The section Documentation Bundles allows you to perform the following tasks:
Track Document Status: The status of the overall Screening effort related to the documents can be tracked.
When a Documentation Bundle is auto-generated, the status is displayed as Processed. As the Documentation Bundle moves through different stages of the Screening process, the status of the Documentation Bundle is updated.
Use the Filters: The Documentation Bundles can be filtered using the following filter options:
1. Filter by Name: To narrow down your search result based on the Documentation name, type the name of the Documentation Bundle in the search box as shown below.
2. Filter by Documentation Type: To narrow down your search result based on Documentation Type, expand the dropdown to select the required Documentation Type as shown below.
You can also select the Select all checkbox to select all the Documentation Types.
3. Filter by Documentation Status: To narrow down your search result based on Documentation Status, select the required status(es) as shown below.
Note
The filter options applied are retained even after the page or browser is refreshed.
Upload Routing Table: Upload the new Routing Table to replace the existing Routing Table. You can paste a Routing Table in .xml format.
The Routing Table is an essential part of the Screening process. The Routing Table can be configured to group and organize the Documentation Bundles into Bundle Tasks that can be assigned to users with appropriate roles associated.
Get Routing Tables: View the existing routing table.
View and Pre-Screen Hits: The Hits generated are available for Pre-Screening.
Clicking the View Hits button displays the Hits generated. Before sending the Hits for Impacts Screening, you can Pre-Screen the insignificant Hits. It means that these Hits are not included in the Screening task.
You can identify the insignificant Hits by viewing the Flags information provided in the information pop-up. The Flags are indications computed by the system for each Hit. They provide information about why each Hit is generated and the context.
Submit to Screening: After Pre-Screening the Impacts, the Documentation Bundles can be submitted for Impact Screening. This creates Bundle Tasks where the Template Screener can screen the Impacts and take the required action.
Resubmit to Screening: A Documentation Bundle can be resubmitted for Impact Screening during or after the completion of the Screening process.
This action recreates the Bundle Tasks for Screening the Impacts.
Screening done: This marks the completion of the Screening process.
Clicking on Active Revision, while the previous revision is changed to Available Revision.
designates the screening revision of the document as theArchive: The Documentation Bundle can be archived.
Note
This action is irreversible.
Generate Screening Report: The screening report for the Documentation Bundle can be generated.
When a Documentation Bundle is created and moves through different stages of the Screening process, it can have different statuses.
In the tab Documentation Bundles , you can view the Documentation Bundle's status.
