Raising a flag in a step - App
A flag is an indicator of an event or an incident that happened, either on task level or on a specific step of the template. It surfaces at Task level.
This is a flag:

A flag summary indicates different information:
A summary of the event.
The severity index of the event. A severity index can have 3 levels of severity: Info, Warning or Critical.
The CAR box: CAR stands for Cause, Action and Resolution. The letter turns bolds when you select a reason code for any of them.
For example, the flag "Missing the scanner" has a Cause "Missing tool" and an Action "Supply new tool" and the letter C and A are bold.
The user ID of the user who raised the flag.
To add a flag on a task:
Tap on

No step must be selected.
To deselect a step, open the step option and tap on

Select a flag.
You can expand the category
. The flags are arranged alphabetically.Or you can expand a flags group. The flags are arranged as on the editor.Note
You can only access the Flags Group that your syncing profile has access to.
A new window opens:
Write a summary.
The summary must be a short sentence that summarizes the problem.
Select a severity index.
[Optional] Write a description.
[Optional] Select a cause.
[Optional] Select an action.
Fill in the attributes, if available.
The attributes with an asterisk are mandatory and the other are optional.
Tap on
.The flag is added at the beginning of the template.
To add a flag on a step:
Tap on a step.
Repeat the step 1 to 9 above.
Important
You must keep the step selected.
The flag is added under the step.

After the creation of a flag, you can view or modify or resolve a flag.
Select the flag. Tap on
on the right to view or modify or resolve the flag.You can also view the flags from the
