Changing your Password

You can change your password from the Signin page.

To change your password:

  1. In the FieldLogs homepage, click Login.

  2. Click Forgot password? in the pane Log in.

    The dialog Log in appears.

  3. Enter the User ID.

  4. Click Log in.

    The page Signin appears.

  5. Click Forgot your password? in the page Signin as shown.

  6. Enter your username and click Reset my password.

    A password reset code is sent to the email id that is linked to the username.

    Note

    The email is sent to the email id specified in the Account Settings of the user. Ensure that a valid email id is associated with your username.

  7. Enter the code sent to your email and enter your new password twice. Click Change Password.

You have successfully changed your password.
