Archiving a Task
If you want to clean up any incorrect data in a Template that is assigned to the Queue, you can Archive a Task.
Archiving a Task does the following:
A live Task can be Archived. Data cannot be acquired on the Archived Task.
Removes the Task from the
of the Assignee.
Important
To Archive a Task, you need to have a role with the security rule Special Rights - Archive Tasks.

To Archive a Task from the Planning section:
On the main menu, go to
>The section
opens.Select the Task to be Archived from the Task list as shown below.
Click the dropdown to display the list of options.
Click Archive.
A confirmation window opens.
Click
.A confirmation window opens.
Click
.A confirmation window opens.
[Optional] Add Additional comment if required.
Click
.The Task is Archived and deleted from the Queue.
