Applying Effectivity

Effectivity determines what can or cannot be executed on the procedures (for example, tasks and subtasks) by applying rules that you can define.

Using the Effectivity section of the Templates_Information_Editor__tab_icon.png Templates Information Editor, you can restrict access to the steps or sub-steps of the Template, according to the selected asset. You can also apply effectivity to a Template generated from a manual.

Note

Effectivity can be applied at the Step level using the Step_Information_Editor.png Step Information Editor.
