Using the Process Dashboard

The system creates an internal process for every:

  • Template Edition

  • Incident Resolution

  • Document Approval

Information pertaining to the progress, i.e., the transition through the different stages of the selected Lifecycle is also recorded. This information can be accessed using the Process Dashboard.

The Process Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of:

  • All the Templates in Edition

  • All Incidents under Resolution

  • All Documents under Approval

The Process Dashboard has a search option that allows you to filter the Processes.
