Submitting a Template Feedback as a Field Employee - Web
Field Employees can create and submit Template feedback
Executing a Task or
Viewing a Job.
Note
Template author can also create Template feedback while defining a Template.
Some scenarios where a Field Employee might submit Template feedback are given below:
If a Step is unclear and needs more information.
If a reference document/link or media file is required.
If a Step is outdated due to the upgrade of equipment.
If the position of the Step needs to be changed.
To Submit Template feedback:
Select a Step to Submit feedback.
Click
and open the side panel.
Click
to create Template feedback.
Enter a Title.
[Optional] Enter Description.
[Optional] Choose a media file for any additional reference.
Click
.The Template feedback is created successfully.
Note
Click
to undo all the unsaved changes.
To view the Template feedback:
Click the property pane to expand as shown below.
Click the Template feedback icon
.
You can see the list of Template feedback created.
Click the eye icon
to update the status of the Template feedback.
The dialog box opens which displays the details of the submitted Template feedback.
Click the downward arrow as shown below, to display all the available status change options. Choose the required status change either to
, or .[Optional] Add a comment or import a file to support the Template feedback status update.
Click the
button, to go back to the viewing page of Template feedback.The Template feedback is displayed with the status update.

Template feedback created from the Web server or on the Application can be viewed here in this section.
