The Routing Table
The routing table is an essential part of how screening is done. It defines the content that each user receive in its screening task. The routing offers two benefits:
Defining a screening scope that aligns with the business capabilities.
Thus, only applicable sections of the documentation are sent to screening. This capability can be dynamically expanded over time, via the configuration of the routing table.
Assigning screening tasks to specific roles within the enterprise.
Screening tasks can be assigned to users according to their skillset and specialization. The routing table can be set up to group screening assignments according to several parameters in the documentation, such as chapter identifiers. The routing table can also group impacts by bundle tasks and rout these bundle tasks to members.
