Synchronizing and Connectivity on the field

Connectivity
Connectivity tells you the states of your application. You can see the state of your connection at the bottom off the main menu.

![]() | You are connected when you log in your account and your connection is stable. |
![]() | You are partially disconnected when you are logged in but your connection is unstable. You may encounter impossibility to access some options, like chatting with coworkers, due to that. Your battery also consumes more power. |
![]() | You are offline when you set Connection to OFF in the Account settings or when you log out. It deactivates all the network calls. When you set Connection to ON or log in, the synchronization starts again automatically. |
Synchronization
The syncing button informs you if your data are synced and when it was synced for the last time. If you tap on the oulsyncing button, a popup window opens. It gives you information on your syncing status.

The sync status screen indicates what is synchronized, the time of the last synchronization for each data set, and how many of each data set you have on your application.
A data set have two status:
The green status indicates that a data set is synchronized with the server and a user with the correct rigts can see it.
The orange status indicates that a data set is not synchronized.
You can also force the application to reload every data as if it was the first connection, by taping on . This option is useful if you encounter problems with the synchronization.
