Inserting a Module into a Template
To Insert a Module into a Template.
On the main menu, go to
> .Select the Template to which you need to add a Module.
Click
to open the list of options.
Click
Module Libraries.
Select the required module. The Name and Description of the Module can be seen.
Drag and Drop the selected Module into the Template.
If the Module has associated Variables for which values are required, the user is prompted for values.
In the following example, a Value is required for the Module Variable ID
Enter the Value.

.The Module is inserted.
The value for the Module Variable is set and the Module is inserted into the Template.

After inserting the Module into a Template, you can initiate a new version and then Publish the Module.
Let us consider a Template 'Engine Maintenance' containing an 'Engine 1' Module. The Template 'Engine Maintenance' is undergoing Edition. While the 'Engine 1' Module is being edited, a new version of 'Engine 1' can be initiated.
To Initiate a new version of the Module:
Select the Template containing the Module from
.Click Pickup.
Click
.A dialog box appears.
Enter Edition Goal.
Enter New version number.
Click
To add more steps to the Module, click
.Click
and the Publication process.You can edit the Module 'Engine 1' as required by adding any of the container steps and Input elements as shown below.
In the below screenshot, a new step 2 is added.
Publish the 'Engine 1' Module which is embedded into a Template with a new version.
Publish the Template 'Engine Maintenance' if all the changes are done to the Module 'Engine 1'.
The Template has been published with the embedded Module.
