Scenario
There is a new Project in your Enterprise: the maintenance of a fleet of vehicles. You are the project manager and you need to assign the relevant tasks and follow their progress. You create a project in which you define the User sets, with the members who take part in the Project, the Task Queues that you will use, the duration of the Project and other features.

Once the Project is defined, you can select it in the Project selector. When you select a Project, you can work in its scope. For example, all the Tasks that you assign will belong to this Project.

The Template for the new maintenance procedure is now published. You can Assign the Task to the Task Queue.

Any user with the
permission in the Task Queue can pick up the Task. In turn, this member can Reassign the Task to other Team members.
Now you can monitor the Task from the
screen.
If required, you can Fix the Task or Force to Release to the Task Queue. You can also View the data of the Job and Print it.
