Using the section Templates - Application

All Templates to which you have access are available here. These include Private Templates or those published at the Enterprise level.

Each Template cell displays information about the Template. In the example below, we can find the following information related to the Template Battery Inspection Procedure:

indicates the Template has been synced
Private Templates are indicated with a blue tag as shown below.

The section INFORMATION lists information about the Template.

The Information section includes details such as the Title, Suite, Package, Creation Date, Last Modified Date, Owner, Status, and Description.
You can tap on a Template to view the actions you can perform on it.

You can perform the following actions on Templates:

Preview Template |
| Provides a preview of the Template. | |||
Versions |
| Displays the available Template version details.

Run Template |
| Runs the Template. The default view mode is set in the Template settings.
However , while running the Task, you can switch between different modes using the below toggle.

Assign Template |
| Assigns the Template to another member or a Task Queue, if you have the required permissions. | |||
Sync Data |
| Downloads the latest Template information and data, along with its documentation. | |||
Report |
| Generates a Template report that can be downloaded to your device. | |||
Legal Notice |
| Displays the Template’s legal notice, if one has been set up. | |||
Share | |||||
SMS Template |
| Sends the Template by SMS, if the device has a valid SIM card. | |||
Email Template |
| Sends the Template by email, if a user email account is set up on your device to use this option. | |||
Get QR Code |
| Creates a QR Code for the Template, which is used for sharing the Template. | |||
Modify | |||||
Bookmark Template |
| Adds the Template to your bookmarks to make it easy to locate later. Once bookmarked, a star icon appears next to the Template. | |||
