Disabling/Enabling a Member

You can enable/disable a Member. A disabled Member does not have access to FieldLogs. However, a disabled Member can be enabled again.

To Disable a Member
  1. In the section Enterprise, go to Organization > Organization OrganizationIcon.png.

  2. Click the Members filter.

  3. Right click a Member and click Disable User.

    A notification appears on the FieldLogs main page and the Status of the Member is changed to Disabled.

To Enable a User
  • Right click on a Member and click Enable User.

    The user has been brought back to Active Status and the associated user account has been Enabled.
