Submitting a Template Feedback as a Field Employee - App

For more information about the controls used in FieldLogs, read Controls.

As a Field Employee, template feedbacks are useful to suggest improvements to a template:

  • If you have a doubt on how to perform a step;

  • If a step is unclear or elements are missing or if you need to see a document being attached;

  • If you think something in the step could change, such as its position in the template;

  • If a step is outdated due to, for example the upgrade of an equipment.

The template author receives the feedbacks and review them, before implementing them.

You can write a feedback on templates when you run or view a job.

Important

You can only write template feedback for published templates.

To submit a feedback when viewing or running a job:

  1. Tap on a step to open the step option.

  2. Tap on Feedback.

  3. Enter a title.

  4. [Optional] Enter a description.

  5. [Optional] Add a photo, a video, an audio file and/or a comment.

    Note

    The limit of logs you can add is the following:

    • 20 comments;

    • 5 pictures;

    • 3 videos;

    • 5 audios.

    If you do a long tap on Photo and Video, you have more options: Camera, Photo Library and Saved Photos Album.

  6. Tap on Send.

    Your feedback will be synchronized automatically if you are online.

Tap Cancel to cancel the feedback creation.
