Resolving a flag - App

Once a flag is created you can resolve this flag.

For example, if a flag related to a missing tool was created, the corrective action to perform is to buy new tool. You are in position to resolve the flag once the tool is procured and is available to continue the task.

Once you resolve a Flag, it disappears from the task and the process ends.

To resolve a flag, you need to run the task.

To resolve a flag:

  1. Tap on the flag.

  2. Tap on the pencil.

    A menu opens:

  3. Tap on Resolve.

    The flag opens with all information prefilled. The field Resolution is available with the corresponding Reason Codes.

  4. [Optional] Select a resolution.

    Note

    You can resolve a flag without choosing a Resolution.

  5. Tap on Resolve.

    The flag disappears from the view but is available in the Timeline.
