Using the Timelines
A Timeline is a graphical representation of events, and dates arranged in a linear sequence to show the time and their relationships.
Global Timeline
The Global Timeline displays the period defined by an Absolute Date or a Relative Date.

When the Parent project is created without a start and/or end date, the Timeline in the Planning tab displays the current week's date with the

Task list Timeline
The Task list Timeline displays the period between the two Time Range Sliders of the Global Timeline. It contains several layers that are related to the elements in the Task list.

In the Timeline, time frames indicate the duration of a Task.

Number | Title | Description |

1 | Expand all/Collapse all | Click or to expand or collapse all the items of the Task list. |
2 | Total number of Tasks | Displays the total number of Tasks in the Task list. |
3 | Project | When you are in Project mode, the name of the Project is displayed here. |
4 | Task Queue | Displays the Task Queues you have access to or the Task Queues available in the scope of a Project. |
5 | Task Picture | The picture associated with a Task or the Job of the Task. |
6 | Task title | The title of the Task or the Job. |
7 | Member | Displays the members available in the scope of a Project. |
8 | Status | Indicates the status of the Task. The status of the Task can be:

Click dropdown to open the list of options in order to Share the Task, View etc.,

The following actions are available:

View | View the Template of the Task. You are redirected to the Template section. You cannot add data to the Task. | All users |
Duplicate | Duplicate the Task. The duplicated Task appears below the original Task. | All users |
Share | Shares the Task with Team members. The Task goes in the of the selected Team Members. | Assignee |
Fix | Fix the Task when it has an error. | Assigner |
Archive | Archive the Task. This action removes the Task from all Inboxes and deletes from any associated Job. | Assigner |
