Actions from the Section Tasks
In the section
, you can perform the following actions:Action | Description | Condition |

View | View the Template of the Task or the Job. You are redirected to the section. | All members. |
Run | Run the Job. You are redirected to the job execution page. | Assignee Only if the user is the Assignee of the Task and it is the first time that the Task is run. |
Continue | Continue the Job. You are redirected to the Job execution page. | Assignee/Team members Only if the Task is started. |
Release to Task Queue | Release the Task to the Task Queue. The Task is available again in the Task Queue. Your Team members in the Task Queue can pick up the Task. | A member who picks up the Task Only if the Task is assigned to a Task Queue. |
Reassign | Assign the Job to another member. The selected member becomes the Assignee. | Assigner/Assignee Except if the Job is sealed. |
Edit Team members | Edit the members who have access to the Task. A dialog box opens. Open the dropdown list and select the Team members to add to the Task. Click . | Assigner/Assignee |
Bookmark | Bookmark the Task. A star is displayed next to the Task. | Assignee/Team members. |
Clear Bookmark | Remove the bookmark on the Task. The star next to the Task is removed. | Assignee/Team members. Only if the Task is bookmarked. |
Share | Share the Task with another member. The task or the Job is added to the inbox of the selected member. | All members Only if the Task is started. |
Report | Generate a report of your Job. An Excel document is downloaded on your device. | Assignee/Team members. |
Remove | Remove the Task from your Task list. The Task is removed from your Task list and from your inbox. The Task is still in the Task list and in the inbox of the other users. | All users Only if the Task is shared or an info Task or if you are the Assignee or a Team member and the Task is Done or in Error. |
Delete | Delete a Job. A warning window opens. Click on to confirm and refresh the Jobs list. | Assignee/Team members |
