Viewing Template Feedback
You can view the Template feedback of all the Templates and also of a specific Template.
You can view the following:
The feedback that you created while working on your Template.
The feedback added during the edition/publication of the Template.
The feedback logged by Field Employees while running the Job.
Feedback can be added at the Step and Template level.
On the main menu, go to Templates > Your Templates.
Select the Template for which you want to view the feedback.
Click
to open the Property Pane.
Hover over the
icon to view the list of tabs.
Select the tab
Template feedback.
The Template Feedback section is displayed.
In this section, you can do the following:
Perform a search.
You can search for a feedback by using a keyword or the identification number of the feedback.
Each Template feedback has a unique identification number.
Sort the feedback.
Select the checkbox corresponding to the option on which you want to sort the feedback. You can make more than one selection. If you select multiple checkboxes, the feedback is sorted on the first option that you select, then by the second option, and so on.
You can also specify the order of sorting by clicking
or
next to the option. This sorts the feedback on the selected option, in ascending or descending order.
Filter the feedback by status.
The feedback status can be New, In Progress, Rejected, or Done. Click on a status to filter the feedback by it. A selected filter is underlined and only the feedback with that status is displayed.
View the feedback.
Click
to view the feedback.
The feedback is displayed.
In this section, you can:
Change the feedback status.
Add comments.
Add a file (picture, audio, video, or PDF file).
Click
to return to the feedback list.
On the main menu, go to Templates >
Template feedback.
The
page is displayed.This page displays the feedback available for all the Templates.
In this page, you can:
Perform a search.
You can search for a feedback by using a keyword or the identification number of the feedback.

Filter the feedback by Templates.
Select the checkbox corresponding to the Template name. You can make more than one selection.
Choose the view mode.
From the dropdown list, select Classic View or Suite/Package. Selecting Suite/Package groups the feedback according to the Suite and Package.
Sort the feedback.
Select the checkbox corresponding to the option on which you want to sort the feedback. You can make more than one selection. If you select multiple checkboxes, the feedback is sorted on the first option you select, then by the second option, and so on.

Filter the feedback by status.

Note
The Sort by, Filter by Status, and Filter by View Mode options in Template Feedback are retained across browser sessions.
You can also select a feedback to view its details.

Navigate to the associated Template.
Add comments.
Add a file (picture, audio, video or PDF file).
The option
is available if a Field Employee has submitted feedback.You can view the User's observations in the context of the feedback creation.
