Creating an Ad-hoc Task
What is an ad-hoc task?
An ad-hoc task is a sequence of logs, without using an existing template. With an ad-hoc task, you can document a process enriched with pictures, videos, audio recordings or comments taken on the field.
Afterward, a template author can edit the template before publication.
Scenario
A new model of fire extinguisher is deployed in your premises. As the responsible of security, you want to document its utilization. So, you create an ad-hoc task in which you add pictures and videos with comments to explain and show how this new fire extinguisher works.
You can start an ad-hoc task using two different methods:
The button:

A blank job is now running.
The log buttons:

Note
You can also add a photo, a video, an audio recording or a comment to your log before taping .
You can fill your ad-hoc task using the log buttons.
Note
If you add a comment to a log, it becomes the title of this log when a template is generated from the ad-hoc task.
You can tap the edit button
on the right to open a pop-up window with two options:
: Add a Photo/Video/Audio/Comment to your existing log.
///: Edit your current log.
Either tap on

You have two options to end the job:
Tap on : The task is complete, but the tasks stays in your .
Tap on : The task is complete, and the task is mark as done and disappears from the .
Note
If is enabled, the window opens when you pause or stop the job.
