Editing the Search Quick Access Toolbar

You can add filters in the quick access toolbar to quickly define your search parameters. This way, you can quickly edit your search to match the filters you use frequently.

To edit the filters in the quick access toolbar:

  1. In the section Search, click on Open all Filters.

  2. Click on Edit preferred Filters.

  3. Drag and drop the filters in the quick access toolbar.

  4. Click on Save.

    Your set of quick access filters is saved.

The filters you can add are the following:

Suite/Package

You can search only in a suite and/or a package.

Date

You can search in a precise period of time.

Runnable

You can search for templates that are runnable or not runnable.

Component type

You can search for templates that are component or not.

Scope

You can search for templates or tasks that a scope of people can access and/or execute.

Task Status

You can search for tasks depending on their status.

Task Queues

You can search for tasks assign to a specific task queues.

Flagging

You can search for tasks by their raised flags.

Reason Codes

You can search for tasks by their reasons codes.
