Creating a Private Text Shortcut

Text shortcuts that you create in the Settings Settings.png are private. Only you can use them. To create public text shortcuts, go to the Styles panel.

To add a text shortcut:

  1. Go to Settings.png > Text Shortcuts.

  2. Click on Add new.

    Click_Add_New_Text_Shortcut.png

  3. Type your text.

  4. Click on Save.

    Click_Save_Text_Shortcut.png

    You can use your text shortcut in FieldLogs.
