Changing your PIN
The PIN used for authentication can be changed if required.
Note
If you have forgotten your PIN, please request an administrator to reset it for you.
Users associated with a Security Role that has the rule Users - All can reset a different user's PIN.

To change your PIN code:
From the main menu, go to
> General.
Click Set Pin.

Enter your current PIN.

You can enter the PIN using either the keyboard or the on-screen grid. This choice is based on the Enterprise setting Keyboard PIN Entry indicated below.

When set to Yes, you can use the keyboard to type your PIN.

When set to No or Default value, you can key in your PIN using the randomized on-screen keypad.

Note
The default value is No.
Click Validate.

Type your new PIN.

Click Save pin.

Your PIN code is changed.
Note
For offline users, the new PIN code will be applied when their inbox is refreshed.
