Reassigning a Task
A Task can be Reassigned when it is not sealed and atleast one of the following conditions is met.
If the user has Reassign (Admin) access.
If a Task is linked with the Open Queue or a job.
If the user is the Assignee or the Assigner and the Task is in the Default Queue.
If the user is the Assigner or the Assignee and the Task is in the Inbox and is not a Draft.
The below flow chart depicts the conditions discussed above:
Note
A sealed Task cannot be Reassigned.
To Reassign a Task:
On the main menu, go to

opens.Select the Task from the Task list to Reassign.
Click the dropdown to display the list of options as shown below.
Click Reassign(Admin).
The Confirmation message is displayed.
Click
.Select a Member or a Task Queue from the options shown below.
Select one or more Team members.
[Optional] Enter Additional Comment.

The Task is Reassigned to the selected user.
