Deleting a Task Queue

Important

Only users with the security rule Enterprise - All can delete Task Queues.

Deleting a Task Queue disassociates the collection of User Sets associated with it preventing further assignments to that queue.

To delete a Task Queue:

  1. From the main menu navigate to Enterprise > Organization > Task Queues.

  2. Select the required Task Queue.

  3. Click Delete.

    A confirmation window opens.

  4. Confirm by clicking Delete.

    A Warning dialog is displayed. In order to proceed with deletion, the Task Queue must be cleared of User Sets first.

  5. Click Yes.

    The Move Tasks dialog is displayed. There are two options to move the Tasks assigned to the current Task Queue.

    1. Assign the Tasks to a Task Queue or a user: By default, the Tasks can be assigned to a Task Queue or to a User. You can select a Queue to move the Tasks, from the dropdown.

    2. Assign the Tasks to their assigner: All the Tasks in the Task Queue will be assigned to their assigner.

  6. Click Apply.

    The Task Queue is successfully deleted.
