To support our growth, we are opening a position with the Professional Services team for an Experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to help fulfill our mission to digitize their operations using our award-winning technology. Most of the work is to be performed remotely.

Your main responsibilities
- Analyzing requirements from Customers and the Consulting team. Areas of focus would include:
- Assisting in Digitisation with Java scripting, Python scripting
- Rendering of Customer Data (Custom Reports development)
- Preparation of Customer data (Task Card mass edition/authoring)
- Scripting and data extraction from various sources
- Customer environment readiness (data migration, configuration…)
- Designing and executing on a solution meeting those requirements
- Interacting with Customer when collecting requirements, communicating on progress, delivering and continuous improvement
- Interfacing with the R&D Team when new capabilities are required by the Customer
- Modifying or extending the business processes of FieldLogs customers.
Your qualifications
- B.E. in Computer Science or related field and equivalent experience
- Have minimum 4-6 years of experience in Technical Implementation
- Previous implementation experience is a must
- Expertise in Javascript (main scripting language, typescript is a plus) mandatory
- Strong ability to debug & use external libraries (since we are building our own with Convert, the “framework”)
- Experience with coordinate system is a good plus
- Scripting/Programming skills – HTML/CSS, JS, Expertise in Python is a must
- Proficiency with data modelling tools (e.g.: Excel)
- Expertise in Data Conversion activities
- Excellent interpersonal and external communication skills with very good level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Being able to discuss changes with a technical and non-technical audience is important.
- Exposure to aircraft/engine engineering or operation is a plus
- Full cycle software development experience is a plus
