To support our growth, we are opening a position with the Professional Services team for an Experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to help fulfil our mission to digitize the customer operations using our award-winning technology. 

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementations. This role will require not only deep technical knowledge but also strong communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our implementations while ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing requirements from Customers and other Consulting teams
  • Areas of focus would include:
  • Rendering Customer Data (Custom Reports development)
  • Preparation of Customer data (Task Card mass edition/authoring)
  • Scripting and data extraction from various sources
  • Customer environment readiness (data migration, configuration…)
  • Designing and executing solutions meeting the customer requirements
  • Interacting with Customers when collecting requirements, communicating on progress, delivering solutions and continuous improvement
  • Interfacing with the R&D and Functional Teams when new capabilities are required by the Customer
  • Modifying or extending the business processes of FieldLogs customers
  • Mentor and coach fellow team members

Your qualifications and skills

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • 6-10 years of experience in technical implementation, including significant experience in leading projects from inception to completion. Previous hands-on implementation experience is a must.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS).
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with data modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar). Ability to create reports and insights that support project decision-making and business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Open to learning and mastering new technologies to remain at the forefront of the evolving IT landscape.
  • Exposure to aircraft/engine engineering or operations is a plus. Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices is highly desirable.
